Lemon & Winterberry – Lemon-infused sponge baked with cranberries, raspberries and raspberry jam, finished with crunchy sugar nibs.

Gingerbread – Sticky ginger-spiced sponge baked with black treacle, topped with caramel, smooth fudge pieces and crystallised ginger crumbs.

Cherry & Almond – Light almond and cherry sponge, finished with white icing, a gold star and festive sprinkles.
