This selection includes one Whisky & Orange Fruit Cake, made with cherries, mixed citrus peel, whisky, black treacle, and orange oil, one Brandy Fruit & Nut Cake, finished with glacé cherries and flaked almonds, and one Traditional Iced Fruit Cake, topped with a layer of marzipan and smooth sugar icing
